Go to http://app.truereview.co/ using Safari or Chrome.
Click the "share" icon at the bottom of the page for Safari, or at the top right for Chrome.
From the options below, select "Add to Home Screen"
You can edit the name of the app, and click "Add" to add it to your Home Screen.
When done, it will look like this, and you can easily access TrueReview!
