Update the contact options your customers see

Add or remove additional contact options your customers see when they provide feedback.

Select contact options to display

When your customers indicate an unhappy experience, or click on the feedback button, we show them a feedback form to leave direct feedback, which is sent to you via email, and can be found in your contacts page under the Requests tab.

However, you can also add additional contact options like, calling, texting or email.

To add or remove how customers can contact you, go to the settings page and select the contact options you wish to display for your customers, located inside the first SMS review request:

Once you make changes, a confirmation will appear at the bottom of the page. Click SAVE CHANGES to apply the changes.

Edit the contact options

These contact options are linked to the business information.

To edit them, go to your Account Settings

Click EDIT next to the business you'd like to update.

Update email address:

Under EMAIL PREFERENCES update the email address where you'd like customer feedback and survey results to be sent to. You can add multiple email recipients by separating the emails with a comma.

Important: If you have multiple emails added, the first email in the list will be used as the email for customers to contact you from the contact options if enabled.

Update phone numbers for SMS and calls

"Number to call" is used for the contact option "Give us a call"

"Number to text" is used for the contact option "Send us a text"

If the number to call and the number to text are the same, you can leave "Number to text" blank. By default "Number to call" is used as the number to text unless changed.
