Multiple businesses under one account are supported with the Premium plan. You can upgrade from your Account Settings
The Premium plan comes with 5 businesses included. More businesses can be purchased as add-ons.
To add another business or an additional location for your business, first make sure you have the Premium plan, then go to your Account Settings.
You will see a list of unassigned businesses.
Click "ASSIGN A BUSINESS" to add a new business or location.
You'll have two ways to add a new business.
Create a new business profile
Clone an existing business
To create a brand new business, click "Create a New Business Profile"
Enter the new business name and assign the business. New businesses start with default settings.
To clone an existing business instead, select the “Clone an Existing Business” option.
Select the business you want to clone and click “Clone & Assign Business.”
This will copy the business’s settings, including contact type selections, campaign messaging, sender emails, and customizations.
Simply update the review website connections, and your new business profile will be ready to use.
Add-on businesses
The Premium plan comes with 5 businesses/locations included. You can add more businesses as an add-on from your Locations Page or by clicking the "VIEW ALL ... BUSINESSES"
At the top of your Locations page, click the "Add More Businesses" button.
When prompted, select the number of add-on businesses you'd like to add, and click Update Subscription.
With each add-on business purchase comes 100 additional monthly requests. For example, if you purchase 5 additional businesses as add-ons, you will also get 500 additional monthly requests.
Add-on businesses are charged separately from your main subscription.
Removing add-on businesses
Under the "ADD-ONS" section, Click "UPDATE" next to the Additional Businesses.
A popover will open to manage the add-on businesses.
Select the businesses you no longer want and click "Remove selected".
If you remove an add-on business, it will automatically be canceled and unassigned at the end of the current billing cycle.
You can stop this automatic cancellation by going to the business’s dashboard and clicking “Don’t cancel” in the banner.
Once an add-on is unassigned from a business, it will enter an unassigned state. To manage that business again, you’ll need to purchase a new add-on by clicking “RESTORE” next to the unassigned business.
Business View vs Account View
Users with multiple businesses or locations have the ability to switch to an Account View to quickly see key review data across different businesses on one page.

For both views, you can see which teammates are assigned to which business or location.
Switching dashboard views
To switch between Business view and Account view, click the dropdown above the business name.
