Not quite ready to send the review request right away? You can schedule review requests to automatically send at a later time and date.

Schedule a request

  1. Create a request from the Dashboard, or from the Contacts page

  2. Instead of "Send Now", click "Schedule request"

You will see a screen to pick from three preset times for the next day, or pick a custom date and time.

Times are based on your Time Zone, which the system will require you to select before you are able to send or schedule requests.

You can schedule review requests for the same day, between 8AM and 8PM, or 6 days in the future.

Note: Times that are in the past for the current day will be disabled and cannot be selected.

To select a custom date, click on the "Pick a custom date and time" to select the day and time for when the request should automatically send.

The time selection is in hourly increments only.

Once you've selected the date and time, you will see a green check mark appear next to it, indicating it is ready to schedule.

Click "Schedule Send" to schedule the review request for the selected date and time.

Once scheduled, you will find the request in your Contacts page, under the Scheduled tab.

Cancelling a scheduled request

To cancelled a request that has been schedule, select the request, and click "CANCEL" in the blue bar.

When you cancel a scheduled request, it is automatically moved back to the contacts page, where you can re-schedule it for another date and time, or modify and delete it.

When the scheduled requests are sent, they will move to the Requests tab.
