Please note, changing your business name after you've sent review requests will cause previously sent requests to not work.
Change your business name
From your Account Settings, click EDIT next to the business you would like to modify.
Update the business name and click Save Changes.
You can use the "Display Name" option next to it to add a name only visible to you.
If you have multiple locations with the same name, use this field to differentiate them, like “New York; Miami”. This is only visible to you.
Update your SMS and Email messages
IMPORTANT! When you update your business name, the SMS and Emails in your campaigns will update, ONLY if you have not modified them before. If you've changed the SMS or Emails, ensure they have the correct business name.
From your Settings page, scroll down to the Manage Campaign section.
Make sure the business name is up to date. If not, change the message to whatever you'd like for your customers to see.
Repeat that for the email as well.
