By default, we will generate SMS and Email review request messages for your business. However, you can customize the text to better fit your needs.
First, go to your Settings page and scroll down to the Manage Campaign section.
You will noticed 4 campaign messages.
The first message is the SMS, as indicated with the green SMS label on the right.
There are three additional follow up email requests.
Updating the messages
Click to open the message you want to update.
SMS message:
In the input field "Text message" you can customize it with different text. You can also select whether you'd like the SMS message to include an image. More on that here.
Note, the {Customer Name} field cannot be removed. However, if you do not provide the customer's email when creating a request, it will be left blank.
When making any changes, a bar will appear at the bottom to save changes. Click Save Changes to save.
Email messages:
Click the Emails to open them.
Above you can see the fields that can be customized highlighted.
You can change the following text:
Email Subject Line
Email Content
Button Text
The Preview of your email is shown on the right side. Once you've made your changes, click the Save Changes button to save when prompted.
Repeat this for the other emails.
