To learn more about how campaigns and review requests work, read this article.

If you only want to send review requests via email, simply exclude the customer's phone number when creating a request.

For example, if creating a request from your dashboard, only include the customer's name and email. When the phone number is not present, the email is sent right away.

If you're creating a request from the contacts page, only include the customer's name and email when creating a contact.

If you're importing a CSV list, first make sure the CSV does not include the phone numbers, then import it. If you've already imported with the phone number, you can remove the phone by clicking the three dots ( . . . ) next to the contact and click Edit.

Delete the phone number and click Update.
