By default, requests sent to customers who have already received an SMS or email review request will be skipped.
However, you can change the Zapier settings to re-send requests to customers who were previously contacted via SMS or email.
To edit this setting, go to your Account Settings
Click EDIT next to the business you'd like to update.
Or, click the dropdown menu, and select Business Settings.
Scroll to the CONTACT MANAGEMENT section at the very bottom of the page.
To allow resending to previously contacted phone numbers, select "Resend even if the customer was previously sent an SMS or email request."
With resend settings enabled, you gain additional controls—such as excluding customers who have previously clicked on a review link and setting a specific number of days or months to wait before resending a request to repeat customers.
