By default, requests sent to customers who have already received an SMS review request will be skipped.
However, you can change the Zapier settings to re-send requests to customers who were previously contacted via SMS.
To edit this setting, go to your Account Settings
Click EDIT next to the business you'd like to update.
Scroll to the ZAPIER SETTINGS section at the very bottom of the page.
Select the radio button for "Re-send if customer was previously contacted via SMS." and click Save Changes.
