Teammates is a feature available on the Premium plan.
Add admins or users with restricted access to your account.
Got to your Account Settings, and scroll down to the Teammates section.
Click ADD TEAMMATE to invite users to your account.
Add the teammate's email address where they should receive the invite and select the Teammate Permissions.
There are three permissions available
Super Admin:
This is the account owner, and they have access to everything. To transfer ownership, you must change your email address to that of the new owner.
Tip: Change your password to something you can share with the new owner.
Restrictions:
None. Super Admins have full control of everything in the account.
Admin:
This is a user with all access as a Super Admin, however they cannot cancel or change the subscription. Admins can add, update or remove other admins and restricted access users. They can also assign new businesses to unassigned businesses.
Restrictions:
Can't change or cancel subscription
Can't remove a business that's been assigned
Can't add more or remove add-on businesses
Restricted Access:
Users with restricted access can only view and send review requests for businesses they are assigned.
Restrictions:
Can't access Account Settings
Can't change or cancel subscription
Can't edit business information
Can't publish or unpublish business review profile
Can't remove a business that's been assigned
Optional: disable replying to reviews
Optional: disable access to settings
Can't change or add review website
Can't change contact type
Can't change campaign settings and messages
Can't change Zapier settings
Can't submit business information for SMS opt-in
Can't add, edit or remove other teammates
Can't see the teammates section in Reports page
You can disable the ability to reply to reviews, or access the settings page to edit the review websites, the campaign messages, or contact types.
When inviting a teammate with Restricted Access, you must selected which businesses they can manage.
Update invited teammate
To update permissions of an existing user, click the three dots next to their name:
You can either remove the teammate, or update their permissions.
If the user has not yet accepted, you can resend the invite.
With your preferred permissions selected, click Invite Teammate to send the invite.
What does the invite process look like?
When you send an invite, the user will receive an email.
Example:
Once the user clicks Create Account, they'll be able to add their information, password, and create their account within your team.
Note: Invite links are only valid for 7 days. If the invite was not accepted within 7 days, you must resend the invite.
