Surveys is a 1 through 5 or a star rating system. You can use it to collect customer feedback and ratings for different parts of your business operation. You can also request a review or feedback after the survey is submitted.
Set up your survey
Select how you want your customers to rate your questions. Choose from a 1 through 5 rating system, or a Star rating system.
Note: Star rating system is not available in the legacy plans.
You can add more questions by clicking ADD ANOTHER.
Check the box to ask customers for a review or feedback after the survey is submitted.
You can choose which ratings ask for a review or feedback by selecting one of the radio button options.
Based on your preferences above, you can ask customers to leave a review after the survey rating is 5, or between 4 and 5.
Depending on your survey settings, ratings that are between 1 and 4, or 1 and 3 will be taken to the feedback screen to provide direct feedback.
Please note: Customers that indicate a negative experience, are always given the option to leave a review. Never discourage customers from leaving an honest review.
If the checkbox is not enabled, the customer will see a thank you message when submitting the survey.
