Direct Link
When you send a review request using the Direct Link contact type, you can choose to show customers a list of review sites, enable a feedback button, or send them straight to a specific review site of your choice.
To customize this, go to your Settings page, navigate to the Contact Type section, and select Direct Link.
From there, you can update your branding, edit the text, and choose how your review sites are displayed to customers.
You can customize the logo, business name, additional text, fonts, background color, button styles, and more.
To automatically redirect customers to a specific review site, select the “Redirect to a specific review website” option.
Then choose the connected review site you want to use. When customers click your review request link in an SMS or email, they’ll be taken straight to that site, no need for them to choose.
To use a custom URL as a redirect, contact support for approval.
You can allow customers to provide direct feedback by enabling the checkbox next to “Give customers an option to provide direct feedback.”
When this option is enabled, you can also customize the feedback button text.
When customers click the feedback button, they’ll be directed to a page where they can write their feedback, request to be contacted, or view additional optional contact methods.

Customer feedback submissions can be viewed on your Insights page under the Feedback tab, where you’ll also find a feedback summary, common topics, and tools to manage them.
