Can I remove "Leave a review" from the feedback screen?
Updated over a year ago

TrueReview aims to simplify the review request process and make it as easy as possible for both happy and unhappy customers to leave reviews, provide feedback, or contact the business directly.

As we present the best path forward for different experiences, whether happy or unhappy, we always give an option for unhappy customers to leave a review if direct feedback is not their intention, by clicking the "Leave a review" button at the very top. With that said, removing the "Leave a review" button, which shows your review websites is not an option as we do not want to review gate customers or discourage negative reviews by locking them into the feedback option.

Customers who intentionally, or unintentionally fall into the path of providing direct feedback have an option of leaving a public review.

Why ask for feedback?

Honest feedback is crucial for businesses to improve their operations. Providing customers an easy way to provide long form feedback gives them the opportunity to provide feedback that they wouldn't feel comfortable sharing publicly.
