Reply templates and how they work
Updated over a year ago

Reply templates are a great way to quickly respond to Google reviews.

Choose from pre-made responses, or create your own.

From your dashboard, click the MANAGE button.

You can add a manual reply by clicking the REPLY button, OR, click "Reply templates" to access pre-made replies.

You'll see a set of pre-made review replies. Five replies for positive reviews, and five for negative.

Quickly scan to find them with the corresponding emojis.

Editing review replies

You can edit existing templates, and create your own.

To edit an existing template, click the three dots next to it, and click "Edit Template".

Once you've made your updates, click "Save" to confirm changes.

Adding new review replies

From the bottom of the popover, type your response template.

You can also assign an emoji to the response. This will help you quickly find positive and negative review replies.

Click "Save reply" to add your custom template.

Respond to reviews with templates

To use a template when replying to a review, hover over the template you'd like to use.

Click the "Insert" button to add the template to the review response input field.

Once added, you'll have a chance to make changes before posting the reply publicly.
