Mark customers as contacted and add notes
Mark customers as contacted and add notes

When customers provide direct feedback and request to be contacted, you can mark them as contacted. Additionally, you can add internal notes for customers who requested to be contacted.

Customers that requested to be contacted will have a red banner below the feedback.

To find all customers that requested to be contacted, click on the Filters button, and select "Asked to be contacted".

To mark a customer that requested to be contacted as "Contacted", click the three dots next to the banner and select "Mark as contacted"

When marked as contacted, the banner will turn green with a check mark.


Add notes

To add notes to a customer that requested to be contacted, click the three dots, then "Notes".

Add your notes for the customer, and click Save. This is internal, and only you and your teammates that have access to this business will see them.

To remove notes, delete the text and click Save.
