How to reconnect Zapier when disconnected

Inactivity will cause Zapier to disconnect your account for security reasons.

Updated over 7 months ago

Zapier's connections with other apps expire after a certain amount of time for security reasons. If this happens, your Zaps will not work until the connection is reset.

Find out if your TrueReview connection has expired in Zapier.

1) Head over to your App Connections page and select TrueReview.

2) If you have more than one connection, click the antenna icon at the top, or click the three dot menu and select "Test connection"

3) If your connections are active, you will see a green "Test successful" notification next to the connection. Connections that have expired and need to be reconnected will show a red "Reconnect app" button.

To reconnect a connection:

1) Click the "Reconnect app"

When prompted, log in to your TrueReview account.

2) Select the Business or Location you're trying to connect to.

Click "Allow" for Zapier to connect to your TrueReview account.

You're set!

You can test the connection again by clicking the menu and "Test connection"

Now you should see a "Test successful" message. Your Zaps will automatically update.
