My Facebook page doesn't connect

Update your Facebook Page settings to connect it with TrueReview

If you're having trouble connecting your Facebook Page in TrueReview, or you're getting an error, this means your page is not part of the Meta Business Suite.

First thing you want to do is make sure your page is added to your Meta Business Suite.

  1. On the left side you will see a dropdown with the pages. Select the one you're trying to connect to.

3. If you look on the right side, you should see "Pages". If it says "No Pages" then your page is not added to Meta Business Suite, and we can't connect to it since Facebook won't provide the access token. See example below:

Click "Go to "Business settings"" and follow the instructions to add your page.

4. In Business Settings, click Add.

If you own the page, Select "Add a Page" and search for your page by pasting the page url. If you need access, click the "Request Access to a Page." option instead.

Once you add the page, it will look like this:

Notice on the right side under "Pages", the page is visible.

This will ensure that you can connect to that page through Facebook's API.

Once this is done. Go back to your TrueReview settings page, and add your Facebook page.
