Free 14-day trial
TrueReview offers a free 14-day trial of all plans. During the free 14-day trial, your account will be limited to 250 SMS and email review requests.
After your trial is over, your account will automatically become active and you will be charged the amount for the plan you are actively trialing.
To prevent automatically being charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 1 hour before your trial is due to end.
Upgrading or downgrading plans
During free 14-day trial:
You can upgrade or downgrade at any point during your free 14-day trial without any charges.
Active subscription:
When upgrading to a higher plan, you will be charged a prorated amount.
When downgrading, an account credit will be applied, and will be used to pay for the new subscription.
