Add review websites
To add a review website where you'd like customers to leave a review on, click the ADD ACCOUNTS button from your Settings page.
Click CONNECT or ADD next to the different review websites:
Enable or disable from showing in review requests
If you have multiple review websites connected, you can choose whether to show it in the review requests or not without deleting them completely.
Use the toggles to disable any review website you don't want to display to your customers.
If you have Google, Facebook or TrueReview disabled, you can still view reviews and respond to them from your TrueReview dashboard even though your customers won't see the review links.
Note: At least one review website must be enabled in order to send review requests.
Toggle meanings
This toggle indicates that the review website will not be shown in the review requests.
These toggles indicate that the review website will be shown in the review requests.
