If you have teammates like real estate agents, technicians, or service advisors, you may want to personalize the requests by having them sent from their name and including a specific image for the SMS message.
To do this, you can create a customized campaign for each teammate with their own messaging.
Create a Campaign
Start by going to the Settings page and scrolling to the My Campaigns section to begin.
Click the NEW CAMPAIGN button to create a campaign with the default messaging using the business name provided.
Duplicate a Campaign
Click the three ... dots to open the menu dropdown and select Duplicate.
This will create an exact copy of the campaign you're copying.
Update Campaign Messaging & Image
You can customize the SMS message, SMS image, and emails for each campaign. For example, if you’re setting up technician-specific messaging, you can personalize the requests to include their names.
Make sure to give the campaign a unique name, such as the teammate’s name, so it’s easy to identify later.
Select Campaign When Sending Requests
When sending a review request, the default campaign will be selected automatically.
To choose a different campaign, simply click the dropdown menu and select the one you’d like to use.
Automating Requests Via Zapier
You can create individual Zaps for each teammate and assign them a specific campaign. To do this, set up a filter in Zapier that identifies your teammates from your CRM, then send the filtered data to TrueReview to create the review request using the selected campaign.
