Filing USCIS form N-400 by mail
If you file using the N-400 form, you'll need to mail the form directly to a USCIS lockbox facility. The address where you should mail your application varies by where you live. Keep in mind that applications not submitted to the appropriate facility could experience processing delays or potentially be lost.
