This release gives admins full control to opt in to a range of powerful AI tools designed to accelerate deal cycles, enhance stakeholder insights, and automate workflows.
Note: These settings are only available to Admin users within your Brand Settings.
How to Enable AI Features
Navigate to your AI Settings.
Youâll see a list of individual AI features. You can toggle them on or off based on your companyâs preferences.
Want to go all in? Tick the "Enable all AI features" option to enable everything at once.
You have full flexibility:
â Opt in to all features
đ Select features individually
đ« Opt out of AI entirely (if preferred due to internal policies)
Accepting the AI terms
Before AI features can be switched on, someone at your company needs to accept trumpetâs AI terms:
The first time you try to enable an AI feature from AI Settings, an AI Terms window appears. Youâll need to accept it before the feature turns on.
If AI features are already enabled but the terms havenât been accepted yet, the window will keep appearing each time you open AI Settings until someone accepts.
Once accepted, youâll receive an email confirmation that includes a copy of the terms you agreed to.
If your company has already agreed to AI terms with trumpet outside the product (for example, custom terms), this can be marked as accepted so the window no longer appears â just contact your Customer Success Manager.
Each toggle controls a specific AI-powered capability. Hereâs what each one does:
