Casey, AI Sales Coach: Your always-on sales leader in your pocket
Casey is a built-in AI sales coach inside every Pod, designed to analyse real-time deal activity and provide actionable advice to help sellers keep momentum, close more and close faster.
From spotting risks to suggesting next steps, Casey translates engagement data into coaching they can act on immediately.
AI features need to be enabled in your account to give you access to Coach Casey - this can be toggled on by account admins.
Navigate to Settings > Brand > Enable AI features & functionality
Where to find Casey:
- Overview tab & Pods list→ Deal Coach: High-level deal health and next-step guidance
- Viewers & Org Chart tabs → Engagement Coach: Deep stakeholder insights, mapped to real activity and coverage

Casey is powered by AI, trained on leading sales methodologies and sales best practices and Pod engagement signals.
Key capabilities include:
- Deal health snapshot: Real-time red/amber/green status indicators and stall risk detection
- Coach advice: Tailored recommendations on how to progress the deal
- Risk identification: Detects gaps such as low C-suite involvement, inactive stakeholders, or function blind spots
- Next steps to consider: Actionable strategies for re-engagement, stakeholder alignment, and deal momentum
- Engagement signal analysis: Viewer activity breakdowns, number of stakeholders, time spent, department coverage, etc.
- Engagement Coach: Smart stakeholder summaries and play-by-play advice on what to do next (based on heat signals, engagement levels, and functional coverage)
💡Future iterations will include using data from Mutual Action Plans, call recordings, content within the Pods and the content insights themselves for even richer coaching.
