Pod Viewer Reminders help you re-engage buyers by automatically reminding them to revisit a Pod if they haven’t viewed it after a set period of time.

You can control reminder behaviour globally for your workspace or customise it for individual Pods, giving you flexibility based on the deal or audience.

What Are Pod Viewer Reminders?

Pod Viewer Reminders send reminder emails to viewers when:

  • They’ve opened a Pod at least once

  • They haven’t revisited the Pod within a defined time period

These reminders help keep deals moving by nudging viewers back to the Pod to review updates, next steps, or shared content.

Important Requirements

Before enabling Pod Viewer Reminders, note the following:

  • Pods must require viewers to enter an email address

  • Reminders only start after the viewer’s email has been collected

  • A viewer must open the Pod at least once for reminders to trigger

If email collection is disabled, viewer reminders will not be sent.

Set Default Pod Viewer Reminder Settings

Default reminder settings apply to all new Pods you create.

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Navigate to Pods & Templates

  3. Select Default

  4. Configure:

    • Whether users must enter an email to view Pods

    • When reminders are sent

    • How many reminders a viewer can receive

    • When Pods expire (if applicable)

These settings will automatically apply to all newly created Pods unless overridden.

Customise Viewer Reminders for a Specific Pod

You can override default settings for individual Pods.

  1. Open the Pod

  2. Click Share

  3. Select Advanced Settings

  4. Go to Access Control

  5. Configure:

    • Viewer reminder timing

    • Maximum number of reminders

    • Pod expiration settings

    • Domain restrictions (optional)

Changes here apply only to the selected Pod.

What Viewers Receive

When a reminder is triggered, viewers receive an email prompting them to return to the Pod and review updates.

Reminder emails typically include:

  • A friendly reminder message

  • A clear call-to-action button to revisit the Pod

  • Context about what they may have missed

Best Practices

  • Enable email collection to ensure reminders can be sent

  • Use reminders for longer sales cycles or multi-stakeholder deals

  • Keep reminder frequency reasonable to avoid over-notifying viewers

  • Customise settings for high-priority or time-sensitive Pods

Summary

Pod Viewer Reminders help you stay top of mind with buyers by automatically encouraging them to revisit Pods they haven’t viewed recently. With flexible default and Pod-specific settings, you can tailor reminders to fit your sales motion and deal timelines.
