How the Widget Library Is Organised

When you open the Widget Library, you’ll see clearly defined sections on the left-hand side.

1️⃣ Content Inspiration

This section helps you structure your content more effectively.

These widgets are designed to guide you on what to include in common pod sections.

Examples:

  • Executive Summary

  • Success Plan

  • Next Steps

  • Features

  • Team

  • ROI Stats

  • Competitor Comparison

  • Customer Stories

  • Welcome to the Pod

These widgets include helpful placeholder prompts (in grey text) that guide you on what to write, you can simply type over them.

Use this category when you want help structuring your message or presenting information clearly.

2️⃣ Most Popular

This section highlights commonly used and high-impact widgets.

It may include:

  • Video

  • Mutual Action Plan

  • Next Steps

  • AI

  • Composer

If you’re not sure where to start, this is a great place to begin.

3️⃣ Collaboration

These widgets are designed for interaction and shared progress.

  • Mutual Action Plan

  • Q&A

  • Timeline

  • Trumpet Sign

Use these when you want your buyer or customer to engage, respond, or collaborate directly in the pod.

4️⃣ Content Sharing

5️⃣ Your Widgets

This section includes:

  • Company-owned widgets

  • Saved widgets

  • Synced widgets

Everything custom to your team now lives in one clear place.

New Layout Options

Many widgets now include multiple layout styles.

When a widget has layout options:

  1. You’ll see visual previews of each layout.

  2. You can choose your preferred layout before adding it.

  3. You can switch layouts later if needed.

If switching layouts may remove or restructure content, you’ll see a warning before confirming the change.

This gives you flexibility to:

  • Match your brand style

  • Adjust for different audiences

  • Refresh your design without rebuilding from scratch

Example:

Our features layout option 1

Our features layout option 3

➕ Add, Duplicate, and Reorder Content

Inside text-based widgets, you can:

  • Click the + button to add a new row

  • Use the three-dot menu to:

    • Duplicate a section

    • Delete a section

    • Rearrange content

  • Drag and drop blocks to reorder them

  • Replace images with a single click

This gives you more flexibility without cluttering the layout.

How to Choose the Right Widget

If you’re unsure which widget to use, ask yourself:

  • Am I presenting information? → Content Sharing

  • Do I want engagement or feedback? → Collaboration

  • Do I need help structuring content? → Content Inspiration

  • Do I want something commonly used? → Most Popular

If you have feedback on layouts, categories, or new widgets you’d like to see, we’d love to hear from you.
