Symbe Integration with HubSpot

We’ve introduced a seamless integration between Symbe, HubSpot, and trumpet to automate how business cases appear in your Pods

How it works

1. Set up your Pod

  • Use a template with a Symbe widget to create a Pod, or add one manually from the Widget Library

2. Create a business case

  • Create a business case in Symbe (or via HubSpot)

  • The Symbe <> HubSpot integration will automatically populate a specific field in HubSpot with the Symbe URL

3. Automatic sync via HubSpot

  • When the Symbe URL is added to the HubSpot field:

    • A webhook triggers trumpet

    • The Symbe URL is automatically added to any Symbe widgets in the Pod

What happens behind the scenes

  • The integration:

    • Populates the Symbe URL field in HubSpot automatically

    • Syncs that URL into trumpet Pods

  • The Symbe URL is stored at the Pod level, which means:

    • Adding a Symbe widget later will still pull in the business case

    • Templates with Symbe widgets will auto-populate when a deal already has a value

    • Duplicating a Pod and selecting a new deal will update the widget accordingly

Real-time updates

  • The business case appears instantly in your Symbe widget

  • Any updates made in Symbe will sync in real time in trumpet

Security

  • A secure token is generated to allow Symbe URLs to be embedded safely within trumpet

Key benefits

  • ✅ No more manual embed codes

  • ✅ Automatic linking via HubSpot

  • ✅ Real-time updates between Symbe and trumpet

  • ✅ Works across templates, duplication, and new widgets
