What are Internal Pages?
Internal Pages are a dedicated internal workspace that lives inside each pod, designed for sellers and customer success teams to collaborate behind the scenes - completely separate from what your prospects see.
Think of it as a "pod inside a pod" - a private layer for your internal team only.
What you can do with Internal Pages:
Store deal context in one place
Plan and collaborate internally
Share notes, files, and strategy
Maintain a single internal source of truth per pod
Internal Pages live inside your pod as a dedicated tab alongside Editor and Insights. Within the Internal tab, you'll find several sub-tabs: Summary, Deal Planning, MAP, Org Chart, Notes, File Upload, and more.
Why we built this
Before Internal Pages, deal context was scattered - across Slack, documents, your CRM, and various notes. This made it difficult to stay aligned during handovers (Sales β CS) and led to repeated work, lost context, and fragmented collaboration.
Internal Pages solve this by creating a central internal layer within each pod, keeping all deal-related context in one place and enabling smoother handover and collaboration workflows.
What's included
π Summary Tab
The main internal overview page inside a pod. It includes:
Key pod information (owners, collaborators, tags)
Key stakeholders
Pod status
Created from a template for quick setup
πΊοΈ Internal Mutual Action Plan (MAP)
The same structure as the existing MAP, used internally for planning and coordination. Ideal for aligning your team on next steps without exposing the plan to your prospect.
π’ Org Chart
Mirrors the existing org chart and is surfaced inside Internal Pages for easy access β no changes to functionality.
π File Upload
A dedicated space to manage all files related to a deal. Files are organised into two types:
Internal uploads - e.g. Sales β CS collaboration files, strategy docs, prep material. Only visible to internal pod collaborators.
Prospect uploads - files uploaded by prospects via MAP or file sharing widgets.
Files are stored in the background but surfaced here in a clean, simplified list view.
π Notes
A rich text notes area where team members can make free-flow notes for context. The most recent notes appear at the top, keeping the conversation current.
Example use cases
1. Sales β CS handover
Sales adds context, notes, and relevant files to the Internal Page
Assigns the CS owner
CS reviews the Internal Page before taking over
β Reduces context loss during handover
2. Deal preparation
Upload internal strategy docs
Managers can coach reps directly in the notes
Log notes from calls
Track key stakeholders
β Everything lives alongside the pod - no more hunting through Slack
3. Internal collaboration on active deals
Teams align on next steps via the internal MAP
Share files and updates internally
Keep internal discussion out of the external pod view
