What is the Contracts Dashboard?
The Contracts Dashboard is your central hub for every document sent through the E-Signature widget. Instead of hunting through individual Pods, you can go to one screen to find a contract, preview it, or download a copy — including contracts sent by other members of your brand.
How to access the Contracts Dashboard
From the sidebar, go to Content.
Click E-Signature.
Select Contracts Dashboard.
You'll land on a list of every contract sent through E-Signature, with the most recent at the top.
Previewing and downloading a contract
Once you're in the Contracts Dashboard:
Find the contract you're looking for.
Click on "Preview document" to view the file directly without opening the Pod. If you need your own copy, click "Download document" to save the signed document to your device.
This means you can quickly check the status or contents of a contract and grab a copy, all without leaving the dashboard.
Viewing contracts from other brand members
The Contracts Dashboard isn't limited to contracts you've personally sent. It also shows contracts sent by other members of your brand, so every related contract lives in one place. This is especially handy for team leads or anyone who needs visibility into deals beyond their own Pods, without having to ask a teammate to send over a copy.

No, the Contracts Dashboard is for trumpet’s built-in E-Signature widget only. Documents sent via DocuSign, PandaDoc, or the older Trumpet Sign integration are tracked separately. These documents signed through DocuSign or PandaDoc can be accessed from within the Pod itself — for example, a completed DocuSign document can be downloaded directly from the DocuSign widget in the Pod.
