Enablement Pods

Enablement Pods are internal-only Pods for onboarding, training, battlecards, and process guides. They use the same Pod building blocks your team already knows, so you can turn your content into structured, easy-to-follow learning experiences for your own employees — not buyers.

Enablement Pods are available to customers on the Elite plan.

What Enablement Pods are for

If your team keeps training material, playbooks, or onboarding content in flat folders, Enablement Pods let you organise that content into clear, digestible sections instead. Common uses include:

  • New-hire onboarding

  • Sales training and battlecards

  • Process and how-to guides

  • Internal resource libraries

Nothing in an Enablement Pod is shared outside your company.

Where to find them

Enablement Pods have their own area in the spine (the left-hand navigation), split into three sections:

  • Active — Pods currently available to your team

  • Drafts — Pods still being built and not yet visible to viewers

  • Archive — Pods you've retired but want to keep

Who can create and view them

  • Enablement Admins create and edit Enablement Pods.

  • All account admins are Enablement Admins by default but this can be configured by going to Settings > Enablement Pod Settings > Admins are not enablement admins

  • Everyone else sees a clean viewer library — they can open and read the Pods shared with them, but not edit them.

Access and security

  • Access is restricted to your company domain, with email verification.

  • There are no public links — content stays inside your organisation.

Building an Enablement Pod

Enablement Pods are built from Enablement-type templates. When creating a new Enablement Pod, you'll choose one of these templates as your starting point, then add and arrange your content just like you would in any other Pod.

Insights

Enablement Pods come with full insights so you can see how your team is engaging with the content:

  • Who has viewed what

  • Ramp status for new hires

  • A signal feed of activity

  • CSV export for reporting
