The trumpet browser extension puts your content library and Pods in a side panel on any webpage — so you can find and share content without switching back to the app.

Installing it

  1. Go to the Integrations page and click Connect on the extension card to reach the install page.

  2. Add it to Chrome (or Brave) and click Add extension. As it's a new extension, you may see a browser warning — this is expected, and you can continue.

  3. Open the side panel from your extensions toolbar, click Connect trumpet account, and sign in. You'll see exactly what it can access and can choose which workspace to connect.

What you can do

  • Content tab — search your whole library with the same AI ranking as the web app, filter by company-approved or your own files, and create a share link to any file in a couple of clicks.

  • Pods tab — browse All pods or My pods, open them in trumpet, and copy a rich link (title and preview image) ready to paste into an email.

  • Find related content — on any page (a call recording, a prospect's website, anywhere), click Find related content and trumpet reads the page and surfaces the most relevant things you've shared before. If nothing's relevant, it shows nothing rather than noise.

Privacy

The extension only reads a page when you click Find related content and grant permission for that site. Everything runs through your normal trumpet permissions, so you only ever see content you already have access to.
