All widgets can be moved up and down within a Pod by using this icon contained in the top left of every widget:

You can also drag and drop the order of the widgets using the re-order tab on the panel on the right-hand side.

Note - if clicking a widget, and not dragging and dropping, in the widget panel it will be added to the very bottom of the Pod.
