The amount of time someone has spent viewing your Pod is a great indicator of how engaged that viewer is, and therefore how engaging your Pod is.
Watch this walkthrough video to know where to look for viewing data in the Pod Analytics or read below!
To view this metric at a Pod level, open the edit screen for your Pod and navigate to Insights at the top of the editor.
This will open the Analytics dashboard for your pod.
You will see the Engagement Score of your pod. It is computed based on the frequency and quantity of Signals that your pod is getting. It also shows the summary of viewers, signals, and the average time people have viewed the pod.
To see more specific viewing data, navigate to the the Viewers tab, and you will see the viewers and their corresponding accumulated viewing time, the date and time of their latest access to the Pod, the number of Signals they have created, and the number of view sessions they have made to the Pod.
Click on this 'Viewer insights' icon aligned with a person's name to view their specific and detailed view/session log.
Individual viewers allow you to see their unique viewing time, rank engagement, and prioritise who you reach out to first.
Note - Time spent viewing a pod doesn't exclude inactive viewership, for example - if someone were to view a Pod and keep it open in another tab the viewership would continue accumulating - We are working on this!
