The ability to chat with your Pod viewers is a fantastic way to keep them engaged.
However, in the cases where you are sending a Pod to many different companies we can see why you may want to turn comments off to stop them seeing and communicating with each other.
To disable Pod chat, in the edit screen of the Pod, click the Share in the top right hand coner > Advanced Options > Collaboration
Toggle OFF 'turn on commenting for everyone'
Toggle ON 'close collaboration sidebar by default'.
This will turn the Pod into view-only mode.
