Files can be uploaded from your Pod viewers via the Comments functionality.

Simply let your Pod viewer know that they can upload a file via the Comments tab, and by clicking the 'Attach file' icon at the bottom of the page;

or even better, tag them in the Pod and ask for the file.

Note - Collaboration must be enabled to receive files.
