Adding variables to your Pod templates is a great way to personalise your Pods at scale.

Learn how here:

(Or check out the instructions below the videoπŸ‘‡)

  1. Variables are added via the text bar, simply select the Variable name you want and it will be placed into your Pod:

  2. The variable will appear as Red when in a Pod where that variable value hasn't been set yet (it won't appear red in templates):

  3. Variables can be updated at anytime by clicking on that variable, or by clicking on the Settings icon on the top right side of the Pod Editor, then clicking Pod settings, then the Variables tab. When done editing, click Save!

  4. Those variables will then be updated to be blue wherever they appear in the Pod:

  5. When using a template containing Variables you will see the variable fields in the Create Pod window:

Note - Variables appear Red when the value hasn't been completed. A warning will appear next to the Share button if some of your variables don't have values.

Tip - You can also copy and paste the variable names throughout your Pod to save you even more time!

Tip - When adding a saved widget or page containing a variable, that variable value will auto-complete based on what the variable value was set at in the Pod.
