Limits & exceptions
Very large files are allowed — up to about 15 GB per file.
A few areas only accept images (e.g. profile photo and some logo uploads), and some widgets only take certain types (e.g. PDF-only viewers).
AI Copilot attachments support a smaller set (mainly documents, images, PDF, and common video/audio) — not every library file type.
