How to use the Podboard Kanban view

Learn how to Manage, Progress, Tag your Pods and more with the Podboard.

The Podboard is like a Kanban board that gives you a bird's eye view of how all your deals are moving through each stage, from Active 🤞 to Completed 🤝 or Lost 👎 The best part? You can be super organised by adding tags to find stuff faster! Plus, you can customise your view by team members, workspaces and tags.

Drag & drop to organise Pods

Drag and drop lets you quickly move your Pods around to align with where they’re at in your buyer journey. If a deal is done and dusted, drag it into the ‘Completed’ stage (and enjoy watching that total deal value add up 😉).

Also drag Pods up or down to change their priority. It’s makes organising your deals a total breeze! 🌪️

Note - any Draft Pod that gets a view will automatically move to Active.

Categorise Pods with tags

Give Pods additional context by adding tags right from the Podboard.

Simply click Add tags + on your Pod, select an existing tag or create a new one, colour code them, and use 'filters' to pull up all Pods with that tag.

Update deal value & view totals

Updating your deal value is now so much easier 👌 Access and edit your deal value under Pod info right from the Podboard.

An added bonus 👀 Check out the ‘total amount’ for every deal under each stage, and watch it grow as Pods are dragged to completed ✅

Customise with filtered views

Let’s say you want to view only you Pods… or maybe you're taking a sneaky peek at your team mates' wins 👀 Start filtering your views to quickly see all Pods with a specific tag (like all of the active Cold Outreach Pods), by heading to filters in the right hand corner of your Podboard.

Filter your Podboard by: Pod owner, Team, Tags and Date range
