There are multiple ways to share your Pod with your recipients.

  • You can share the Pod link through your email, socials, any digital channel

  • You can also add security measures such as email verification, generating unique Pod links, and password protection.

Fundamentally - your Pod has a unique URL which is to be shared with your customer, and this URL will not change regardless of the changes/updates you make to the Pod.

Share Options

Sharing the link through email

This allows you to embed a Pod preview in your email.

  1. Click on the Share button at the upper right part of your screen.

  2. Click the Copy Link button.

  3. Go to your email, and paste the link.

  4. It will populate the Pod title and the Pod preview.

Sharing the link through socials

You can copy the link and send it to your contacts in your social media accounts.

  1. Click on the Share button at the upper right part of your screen.

  2. Click the Copy Link button.

  3. Go to your preferred social media platform, and paste the link.

  4. Your beautiful personalised header will display in the message after you've sent.

Updating Pod security and access settings

Adding an Email Requirement to view the Pod

Why? This will allow you to track the details of every person who views your Pod (which is great for getting multi-threaded) as well as allowing you to track an individual Pod viewers engagement within a Pod. We also enrich this email to give you additional details as to who the person is, their full name, role, and LinkedIn link.

  1. Click on the Share button at the upper right part of your screen.

  2. Under the Advanced Options > Access Control, click on the Enter email to view drop-down menu.

Email Only - Ask viewers to enter their email for immediate Pod access, but they don't need to verify it.

No Email - Users don't have to enter an email to access the Pod (typically we recommend this for cold outreach or marketing landing pages, as not to have any friction for your Pod viewer to get access)

Verified Email - Ask viewers to enter and verify their email before getting access to the Pod.

  3. Go back to the Share tab to share your Pod.

Setting if Pod Viewers can View and Comment

You can customise if people can view, comment, tag, complete tasks, upload images and files, and add annotations to your Pod.

  1. Click on the Share button at the upper right part of your screen.

  2. Under the Advanced Options > Collaboration tab, click on the Turn on commenting for everyone toggle if you want to allow all your recipients to complete some actions. Turn it off if you want the pod to be on View-Only mode for everyone.

  3. Here you can also define if Huddles can be hosted in Pods, and whether the Sidebar is open by default upon Pod view.

Protecting your Pod with a Password

  1. Click on the Share button at the upper right part of your screen.

  2. Under the Advanced Options > Access Control, click on the Password protect toggle.

  3. You have to option to use the auto-generated password or create your own.

  4. Go back to the Share tab to share your Pod.

Setting a Pod Expiration Date

  1. Click on the Share button at the upper right part of your screen.

  2. Under the Advanced Options > Access Control, click on the Expiration settings drop-down menu.

Select when your sent Pods will expire.

Generating a Unique Pod Link

You can create unique and trackable pre-authenticated links for specific people.

These links allow you to track individual engagement within your pod with no need for the person to input their email for access.

  1. Click on the Share button at the upper right part of your screen.

  2. Head to Advanced Options > People

  3. Under Generate link, add the email address of the recipient.

  4. Click on the link icon next to the email address to copy the unique link.

  5. Head over to your email or socials, then paste the unique link.
