Your Billing Page: The Command Center

Our billing page is your financial dashboard for all things trumpet. Here you can:

  • Download and view your invoices: Keep track of your expenses in an easy and convenient way.

  • Upgrade your plan: Ready for more features and an amplified trumpet experience? Upgrade with just a few clicks.

  • Adjust the number of seats: Need to make room for more users or scale down? No problem, you can adjust your seats here.

What's All This About Seats?

When we talk about 'seats', we're referring to the individual user licences for your organisation. Each seat corresponds to a unique user. Now, when you extend an invite to another team member, they use a seat.

Got the maximum seats already but still have more people to invite? No problem at all. If you try to invite a new user and you've already filled all your seats, we'll automatically add another seat to your plan. Of course, we won't do this without giving you a heads-up. You'll be alerted and have a chance to tweak your plan if needed.

Deleted a User? No Problem, Your Seat Stays

Say one of your team members decides to leave - no hard feelings, it happens! You can easily delete their user account. But the seat? It stays put. Removing a user doesn't reduce the number of seats on your plan, so there's always room for fresh talent.

Pending User? Let's Keep You Informed

Now, picture this: You've invited a user, they're in a 'pending' state, and you're running short on seats. We've got your back! We'll send a friendly alert your way before you accept the new user. That way, you're always in the loop and can adjust your plan accordingly.
