Page - a tab in your Pod, a collection of widgets

Creating New Pages

In the pod editor you can add a new page at the end of the pages navigation bar on the right hand side. A + button will appear and you have the option to create a blank page, so you will need to add widgets (unless you're adding a saved page).

Re-Ordering Pages

The pages can be reordered by clicking on the desired page and dragging into position

Editing Page Info

The 3 dots on the right side of the page title give a number of options for the page.

  1. Details
Here you can rename the page, add a description (for internal use only), choose if the page should be private (it can be made public), limit page access to selected viewers by entering their email address(s).

  2. Save Page - you can save the page (and all widgets and customisations on it) if you're planning to reuse that page in other pods you're working on. The saved page can be found in the same place as 'Create a Blank Page' but choose 'Add Saved Page'. This will help you save a lot of time!

  3. Duplicate - create a copy of the page within the pod.

  4. Hide Page - you can hide or show pages within the pod.

  5. Copy Live Link - this takes you to the page in question in live mode

  6. Delete - say bye-bye to the whole page.

Design Styles & Colours

To change the design & colours of the pages tab, head to the Settings cog in the top right hand corner and choose 'Pod design'

Here you can change the themes, background, fonts, widget style, brand colours and whether or not the pod has a table of contents.

How to Manage the Design of the Pages Navigation Bar

In the top left hand corner Settings cog you will find the different options available to you for designing the look of the page navigation bar, these are:

  • Navigation style (the tabs)

  • the background colour

  • If you wish to align the navigation bar to the left, centrally or to the right)

  • Font

  • Selected option (page) style - the button colour and the colour of the text

  • All other pages (not selected) style - the button colour and the colour of the text

How to Hide a Page

To hide a page, choose the page in question and click the 3 dots.

Choose the 'Hide' option

This will also appear next to the name of the page in the navigation bar.

This page(s) will not be visible in the live mode of the pod.

If hidden in a template, they will be hidden by default in pods made from the template and will need to be unhidden as and when needed.

To unhide the page, click 'unhide' and the page will be visible in the live mode or in the template.

Saving a page in a Pod means you don't have to make it from scratch every time you wish to include it.

An example of this would be having a standard 'Onboarding' or 'Competitor' page that you can easily add to a Pod as and when needed.

How to Save a Page

After you have made the page you wish to save, look for the 3 dots > Save > give the page a name and choose if it's to be used by just you or if the whole team or account can use it > Save as New (or update if you are updating a previously saved page).

The page will be available to add in future pods and templates by clicking the + button at the end of the navigation and 'add saved page'.

This will bring up your saved pages, which you can search.

Once you find the one you want, you will see a preview and have the option to 'add to pod'. The page will by default go to the end of the navigation bar but can be easily dragged and dropped into order.

You can delete saved pages completely (not in the pod, in the library) by looking for the 3 dots
