The Proposals & Quotes widget will allow you to build a proposal within the Pod editor, that your clients can view and download as a PDF. You can customise payment terms, line items, and customer details.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use the widget.

  1. Add the Proposals & Quotes widget to your Pod.

  2. Use the Autofill options - CRM or Address Library - to fill out the form with your customer data.

If your CRM (e.g. Hubspot) is integrated, you can use the CRM Search to pull up the information.

You can also use your Address Library to pull up your own company address, and add new ones.

If you need to edit the address, you can go to your Home page, open Products & Addresses from the sidebar menu.

  3. Customise your header. Use the Logo Search to add your logo and your client's. You can also customise the colour, or add an image as background.

  4. Fill out the Proposal/Quote Info, Recipient's Info, and Sales Comments.

  5. Choose which columns you want to include or hide in the proposal.

  6. Click Add Product. You have the option to autofill it with your Saved Products in your Product Library, or create a custom one.

Creating a custom product will also give you the option to save it to your Product Library. Tick the toggle on before hitting the Create Product button.

  7. If you add discount, the total price should automatically pro-rate.

  8. Finally, add your payment terms in detail.

The Proposal/Quote form will look like this in Live mode, and your client can also download the file as PDF.

If you want the proposal/quote signed by your client, you can download the PDF, add the trumpetSign widget instead, and upload the PDF.
