From your Home page, go to the sidebar settings on the left, under Content, click on Forms. You will be taken to your Form Library.

Click on the title of the Form and you will be taken to the Form editor. Click the Results tab. You are now able to see the responses.
Click on this icon to download the responses in CSV format.
Note: The CSV file will have all the responses, regardless of the columns being shown/hidden in your Results page.
