Commenting in the Pod allows you to chat directly with your Pod viewers, you can ask them questions, drop them a reminder or check in with them. They can do the same.

Watch the video here for a full run-through of the different ways you can comment in a Pod. Alternatively, you can read the description step by step below.

To comment on a Pod - firstly you need to open the Pod in live mode, you can access Live mode from the Pod editor or the live link to the Pod.

On the right-hand side, you will see the comments panel, this can be hidden whilst viewing the Pod by selecting the toggle at the top right, you can then toggle the comments section back on whenever you like.

At the bottom of the comments panel, you can simply type any comment here to your Pod viewers as a basic message.

The best way to get their attention is to mention them in a comment by using

@'their name' - this will send them a notification.

You can send them a comment with a file attachment such as an image or PDF file.

If you prefer, you can record a quick voice note to walk them through a specific section of the Pod or to answer a question.

In the same way you can also record a video or screen record from the comments section to collaborate with your viewers.

When recording a voice note or video you will see the summary of the recording, the option to view the transcription or to copy the full transcript and the ability to include captions on the video.

You can manage comments in the Pod by assigning them to viewers

Once the comment has been created you will also have the ability to set the status of the comment, so if there is a specific task or action you can select Open, In Progress or Resolved.

To see comments with a status you can filter in the comments section
