Using voice recording, video or screen recording in the comments section allows you to communicate effectively with your Pod viewers with lasting impact. Your Pod viewers can also use these features to communicate with you.

To use the voice recording, video or screen recording in the comments section you first need to be in the live version of the Pod. You can access Live mode from the Pod editor or the live link to the Pod itself.

On the right-hand side in live mode you will find the comments section - here is where you are able to communicate and collaborate with your customer.

In this section at the bottom of the comments panel you can find the voice, video and screen record buttons.

To record a voice note click the microphone icon:

This will open up the voice recorder, click start recording and record your voice note.

Once you're happy with your voice note you can then type a quick message and press send, your message will display alongside the voice note. A brief summary of the voice note will be captured and you can view the full transcription and enable captions if required.

The same applies for recording a video or screen recording - click the icon and then record your video or screen record, once you're happy - type your message and send to your viewers.

Don't forget to tag them using @ if you want them to receive a notification.
