Managing and assigning comments or tasks in the comments section of the Pod allows you and your viewers to collaborate through the entire journey, it keeps both your goals aligned and makes sure you are on the same page.

Watch the video here on how to manage comments and tasks or you can read the description below.

To manage the comments on a Pod - firstly you need to open the Pod in live mode, you can access Live mode from the Pod editor or the live link to the Pod.

On the right-hand side, you will see the comments panel - here you can view all the comments that have been added to your Pod.

There are multiple ways in which you can manage these comments:

  1. Changing the status of the comment/task - you can select Open, In Progress or Resolved. This allows you to keep track of what you have responded to and if you are working on a task or question or if it has been resolved.

  2. Status filters - again here you can filter by Open, In Progress or Resolved which will help you keep on top of the tasks you have completed or are yet to complete. This becomes particularly handy when the Pod has lots of comments.

  3. Filter by Page, People or Group - Having visibility over your entire Pod and across each page individually helps make sure you don't miss anything. Filtering by People can be extremely useful when lots of stakeholders are involved. Grouping by Pages or People can help you find comments quickly from a particular page or viewer.

  4. Search comments - again if the Pod has lots of comments, the quickest way to find the one you're looking for is to search for a keyword at the top.

  5. Finally, assigning comments to users so that they are notified of the comment and aware that they need to read or complete something further.
