When sharing Pods with your customers/prospects, you will likely require them to share a document with you at some stage, whether that is a signed contract, media files or simply any supporting documents. The best way to enable your customers/prospects to upload files to a Pod is by adding in the file upload widget.
Below is a video explaining how to add the file upload widget to your Pods, alternatively you can read the step-by-step guide below:
Head to the trumpet homepage and select View My Pods, from your list of Pods, select the Pod that you would like to add the file upload widget to.
It is worth noting that if you would like your customers to be able to upload files to all Pods created going forward then add the file upload widget to your template as well!
Open up the Pod editor, from here you can either select the widget library from the right-hand side or click the + button between 2 widgets.
Search for the file upload widget and select add or drag and drop the widget into place
Give the widget a title to let your customers/prospects know what they should upload
Preview the widget in live mode and you are good to go!
