If you need to hide a comment thread from your pod viewers, the way to do that is to make the comment private. What it does is it will make the comment thread visible to your team / organisation. It will be hidden from the external pod viewers such as your prospects, customers, etc.
Here's how to do that:
Click on the 3 dots next to the comment you want to hide.
Click Make it private.
If you wish to revert the changes, select the comment, click the 3 dots, and select Make it public.
