Mutual Action Plan Dashboard

Overview

The Mutual Action Plan Dashboard gives sellers and buyers a clear, actionable view of every Mutual Action Plan across all Digital Sales Rooms.

Instead of a static list, the dashboard provides a structured workspace for tracking progress, managing tasks, and removing blockers without leaving trumpet. Everything lives inside the Pod, so teams always know what is due, who owns it, and what needs attention next.

The dashboard acts as a control centre for deal execution, helping reps stay proactive and buyers stay aligned across multiple active deals.

What You Can Do from the Dashboard

The Mutual Action Plan Dashboard centralises all MAP activity in one place, making it easy to manage work across Pods.

You can:

  • View all Mutual Action Plans across your Pods in a single dashboard

  • Switch between Mutual Action Plans and Tasks views depending on how you prefer to work

  • Search by Mutual Action Plan name, Pod, owner, or assignee

  • Filter by:

    • Status

    • Owner

    • Assignees

    • Pods

    • Teams

    • Dates

  • Instantly surface overdue steps and upcoming deadlines

  • Expand a Mutual Action Plan inline to view its steps without leaving the dashboard

  • Bulk edit steps to:

    • Update assignees

    • Change due dates

    • Mark work as done

  • Assign both internal and external stakeholders to steps

  • Track progress with step completion and percentage-based progress indicators

  • Jump directly from the dashboard into the live Mutual Action Plan inside the Pod

How the Dashboard Helps

The Mutual Action Plan Dashboard is designed to reduce friction and keep deals moving forward.

Clear ownership and accountability → Sellers and buyers always know who owns each step and what is required to progress the deal.

Faster deal momentum → Overdue steps and next actions are automatically surfaced, helping teams remove blockers before deals stall.

Less admin, more selling → Bulk actions and inline editing reduce the time spent managing tasks across multiple deals.

One source of truth → All Mutual Action Plans and related tasks live in one connected workspace, tied directly to each Digital Sales Room.

Stronger buyer alignment → Shared visibility keeps buyers, champions, and sellers aligned on priorities, timelines, and progress
