trumpet's localisation feature allows you to tailor the platform's language to suit your preferences or those of your clients. This ensures a more personalised and accessible experience for all users.

How to change your Account Language
To update the language settings for your trumpet account:
Access Profile Settings: Click on your profile icon located in the top-right corner of trumpet
Navigate to Settings: From the dropdown menu, select "Settings".
Select Profile: Click on the "Profile" tab to access your profile settings.
Choose Preferred Language: In the language section, select your desired language from the available options (e.g., Spanish, German, Dutch).
Apply Changes: The platform will automatically update to reflect your chosen language across all interfaces.
Changing your preferred locale for templates and Pods:
Setting a Default Language for a Template
Define a language for a specific template via the Template Library
Go to the Templates Library from your dashboard.
Select the template you'd like to localise.
Select Info to open the template settings.
Choose your desired language (e.g., Spanish).
Save your changes.
🔁 Any Pods created from this template will default to this locale in live mode (what your clients see).
Updating the language of a Pod
Create a Pod using the template you've just updated.
In edit mode, the interface will still appear in your personal language settings.
Open the Pod’s settings by clicking the settings cog in the top right
You’ll see an option to change the Pod Locale—this affects the live version.
Choose your preferred language for that Pod.
Save your changes.
✅ This ensures your client-facing content is always in the correct language, even if your dashboard remains in your own preferred language.
Preview the selected language in Live Mode
Click "Live Mode" in the Pod.
The Pod will now load in the selected locale.
Please note that you will still need to update any specific content written by you and your teams, localisation only applies to key areas of the platform.
