The invoice issue date depends on the country in which your company is located:

Brazil/Chile/Mexico/USA | Day 5 to 10 of every month |
Colombia | Day 11 to 15 of every month |
On the invoice issuance day you'll receive by e-mail:
The invoice with the data for payment;
Information about your account usage.
Note: we give priority billing to customers who have urgency in the issuance of the invoice. If this is your case, please contact our financial officer.
