How to add your Email Signature into Truss

Make it so that all emails generated from Truss will have your email signature so it can be the same as your normal emails.

What:

Copy your email signature into your Truss settings.

Why:

You will compose and send emails directly in Truss. You want the email signature to match your normal emails.

Step 1:

Click on your name in the top right of the tool bar, then select my settings.

Step 2:

  • Scroll down until you see "Email signature".

  • Tailor it to your liking and then click "Save Settings" at the bottom.

NOTE:
Images can be tricky in email signatures. You may need to delete the images and have a slightly simpler email signature so that you have a consistent presentation.
